ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA, on Thursday, February 25, 2016, at 7:15 p.m., to act on the petition of Mary Ann Derrah, Vincent N. Pasquale, Michael A. Pasquale, Paul J. Pasquale and Sharon A. Pasquale-Gadoua, of 393-395 Lancaster Street West Boylston, MA, for Variance, to reconfigure the property line between two lots at 393-395 West Boylston Street, which will provide additional setback area for the house located at 389 Lancaster Street and additional frontage for the house at 393 Lancaster Street, West Boylston, MA.   Record title stands in the name of Mary Ann Derrah, Vincent N. Pasquale, Michael A. Pasquale, Paul J. Pasquale and Sharon A. Pasquale-Gadoua, of 393-395 Lancaster Street, West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
