PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of the West Boylston Municipal Lighting Plant, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the installation of a 2-3 MW (AC) solar photovoltaic system covering 5-7 acres of the 9 acre landfill cap (it will not penetrate the cap) at the southwest corner of Temple Street (Route 140) and Pierce Street, West Boylston.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016, at 7:15 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
