Mobile Food Trucks - Permit Required for operation in West Boylston

West Boylston permits are issued annually based on calendar year, whether annual, seasonal, or temporary.

Permit applicatons can be obtained by request via phone or email for Board of Health permits required for sale of food or beverages.  Allow at least one week for processessing.

Temporary Board of Health permit (1-14 days consecutive or intermittent) fee may be waived - only for Town sponsored events.

Town business licenses also required - contact the Municipal Assistant - 774-261-4012, for appropriate business licenses; minimum of two weeks and up to a month needed for approval.
