Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 7:05 p.m., to act on the petition of West Boylston Municipal Lighting Plant for Special Permit for the installation of a 3MW battery energy storage system, pursuant to Section 3.3.C of the Zoning Bylaws, at 225 Shrewsbury Street, West Boylston, MA.  Record title stands in the name of Town of West Boylston – MLP, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, this hearing of the West Boylston ZBA will be conducted via remote means. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, and public participation in this hearing shall be by remote means only.
