NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, WEST BOYLSTON, MA

     The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Continued Public Hearing on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 7:05 p.m., to act on the petition of Branded Realty Group II, LLC, for a Special Permit under Section 3.2.F.4 of the Zoning Bylaws for the construction of a new 2,400 square-foot food service building with drive-through window with a 180-foot drive-through lane at 262 and 264 West Boylston St., to replace the existing Dunkin’ on the adjacent lot at 244 West Boylston Street.  Record title stands in the name of RNBW Realty Nominee Trust & BWRN Realty Nominee Trust, 132 Sterling Street, West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor's March 23, 2020 Order, as amended, imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the West Boylston ZBA will be conducted via remote participation. While no in-person attendance will be permitted, every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings.
