The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a CONTINUED Public Hearing at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA, on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 7:15 p.m., to act on the petition of Wachusett Woods Realty Trust, 217 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA, for special permit, for the reduction of required frontage from 120 feet to 100 feet and development of the revised lot (Lot 4R) with (1) single family house with a minimum frontage of 100 feet and over (2) acres in area, at Lot 4 on the south-westerly side of Woodland Street (Assessors Map 174, Parcel 45), West Boylston, MA.  Record title stands in the name of Wachusett Woods Realty Trust (Joseph Evangelista and Gary DeWolfe, Trustees), 217 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
