Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in West Boylston, that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 120 Land Use Room (1st Floor), for a Definitive Subdivision on the application of Crescent Builders, Inc., for a proposed single family residential subdivision located at 165 Pierce Street, West Boylston MA.

Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be
given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
