NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday,
November 10, 2021 at 8:45 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 120 Land Use Room (1st Floor), to consider amending the Special Permit granted to Ganesh Wellness, Inc. on December 11, 2019 to change the closing time from 8:00 p.m. to no later than 10:00 p.m. for the marijuana facility for retail sales and manufacturing of marijuana products located at 65 West Boylston Street, West Boylston MA.

Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be
given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
