10/11/2017 Public Hearing: Zoning Changes - Overnight Parking of Commercial Vehicles in Residential Zone; Digital Display Sign Requirements

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, in Board Meeting Room 1st Floor, in conformity with the requirements of the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of West Boylston, to consider: amending SECTION 5.2.A.1.(f) Off Street Parking and Loading to reduce the size of commercially-licensed vehicles that are prohibited from parking overnight in a Residential Zoning District; AND amending SECTION 5.6, SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS, by eliminating item Section 5.6.D.3.1.e. “TEXT ONLY” requirement from “Digital Display Signs”.
