01/24/2018 Public Hearing: Definitive Subdivision Plan, Malden Brook Realty, 8 single family lots

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in West Boylston, a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, Board Meeting Room 1st Floor, for a Definitive Subdivision on the application of Malden Brook Realty, LLC for the construction of 750 linear feet of road to serve eight (8) single family residential lots.
 
Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard.  Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday.
