TOWN OF WEST BOYLSTON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, the West Boylston Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 7:30 p.m, at the West Boylston Senior Center, 120 Prescott Street, West Boylston MA, to consider amending West Boylston's Zoning Bylaws as follows:
Change a parcel known as 2 Goodale Street (A/K/A 114 Goodale St, Assessor Map 143 Parcel 68) from General Residence District to Business District.
AND
Amend Section 2.3- District Boundaries to reflect Town Meeting-approved changes. (added wording in UNDERLINED)
The district boundaries shall be determined by concrete bounds separating the districts as shown on the zoning map prepared by the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, drafted in June of 1974 by Joseph F. Murr, with subsequent Town Meeting-Approved boundary changes included. Figures in all cases serve as a guide, and the scale of the map may also be used. In cases of uncertainty, the boundary lines shall be determined by the Board of Selectmen.
Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard. Text and a map can be viewed at the West Boylston Town Clerk’s Office whose hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; Wednesday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm; and Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.
