Trouble with Green Bags?

If you have any issues with defective Pay-as-You-Throw trash bags, please the call the number at the bottom of the bag and let Waste Zero know of the issue. The number is 800-866-3954. They will send the appropriate number of replacement bags out to you within one week. If you are still having an issue at that point, please call the Department of Public Works at 508-835-4820.
