A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Robert Case, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the removal of an existing house and the building of a new single family house in the same location at 385 Lancaster Street, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held Monday, September 9, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester St., West Boylston, MA.
