The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at 7:15 p.m., to act on the petition of James A. Thompson and Anastasia Patsiouris, for two (2) Variances: (i) under Section 4.2 to reduce the lot size to 17,485 square feet from 18,866 square feet (requested lot size is less than 40,000 square feet in the Single Residence district) and (ii) under Section 4.2/4.2.C to reduce lot frontage from 118.48 feet to 100 feet (requested lot frontage of 100 feet but in a residential lot with a lot size less than 40,000 square feet), for their property at 3 Evans Road, West Boylston, MA. Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor's March 23, 2020 Order, as amended, imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the West Boylston ZBA will be conducted via remote participation. While no in-person attendance will be permitted, every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings.
