2/18/2021 Zoning Board of Appeals Special Permit for an Accessory Apartment, 107 Newton Street

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 7:15 p.m., to act on the petition of Casey Lemoine for Special Permit for an Accessory Apartment within the attached garage of a single-family home at 107 Newton Street, West Boylston, MA, pursuant to Sections 3.2.B.6 and 3.4 of the West Boylston Zoning Bylaws.  Record title stands in the name of Casey Lemoine.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor's March 23, 2020 Order, as amended, imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the West Boylston ZBA will be conducted via remote participation. While no in-person attendance will be permitted, every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings.
