NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday,
November 10, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 120 Land Use Room (1st Floor),
for a Site Plan Review as required in Zoning Bylaw Section 3.6 and Stormwater Management Permit application as required in Section XXXIII of the General Bylaws. The application is submitted by D&S Realty, LLC for the proposed construction of a 101,200 square foot industrial building located adjacent to 127 Hartwell Street in West Boylston MA.

Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be
given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
