02/15/2018 Zoning Board of Appeals: Variance for Building Wall in Setback, Lot 60 Century Drive

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA, on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 8:15 p.m., to act on the petition of the Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts, Inc., for Variance, for the construction of a retaining wall at the rear of the property (in accordance with Sec. 4.2 of the Zoning Bylaws – dimensional requirements for industrial-zoned property) at LC Lot 60, Century Drive (Assessor’s Map 183, Block 2, on the North and West side of Century Drive), West Boylston, MA.  Record title stands in the name of St. Pierre Assoc. Partnership II LTD, 317 East Mountain Street, Worcester, MA  01605.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
