June 6, 2022 Public Hearing: for the reconstruction and widening of the existing sidewalk on the west side of Worcester Street (Routes 12 and 140

WEST BOYLSTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, of Melissa Lenker, on behalf of Mass DOT, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the reconstruction and widening of the existing sidewalk on the west side of Worcester Street (Routes 12 and 140), West Boylston, MA, within the State Highway Layout of Worcester Street/Routes 12 and 140 for approximately 2,500 linear feet from Central Street to Goodale Street.

          The public hearing will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022, at 6:00 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
