A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Mark Sullivan, Request for Determination of Applicability, regarding a tree taken down and removed by him from his property; the tree was within 100 feet of wetlands, and the backyard is partially in West Boylston and partially in Holden; the property address is 8 Nevada Drive, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018, at 7:15 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
