01/08/2018 Public Hearing: Reconstruction of walkways within wetland buffer zone, Orchard Knoll

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of West Boylston Housing Authority, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the reconstruction of walkways throughout the elderly housing development of Orchard Knoll, a portion of which is within the 100-foot buffer zone of a MassGIS - identified wetland on the property, at 87 Maple Street, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held Monday, January 8, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester St., West Boylston, MA.
