Conservation Commission Public Hearing

WEST BOYLSTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            A CONTINUED public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, of Scott Goddard on behalf of Sturbridge Warren LLC, Notice of Intent, for the proposed construction of a single-family house with associated deck, driveway and garage within the Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and an intermittent stream at 0 Bowen Street (across from 36 Bowen St., and between 37 and 55 Bowen St.), West Boylston, MA.

            The continued public hearing will be held on Monday, August 2, 2021, at 6:15 pm, at the West Boylston Senior Center, 120 Prescott St., West Boylston, MA.  NOTE: SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL TAKE PLACE; FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED.                                                                                    William Chase, Chair;     Toby Goldstein, Clerk
