A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Michael Coveney, West Boylston Water District, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the construction of a MassDEP required water treatment facility for the removal of manganese from the West Boylston Water District’s Oakdale Well, at 699 Thomas Street (located along the Central MA Rail Trail, west of Thomas Street, between the existing rail cars to the South and an inclined slope to the North), West Boylston, MA. The public hearing will be held Monday, February 1, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester St., West Boylston, MA. William Chase, Chair Toby Goldstein, Clerk
