12/14/2016 Planning Board: Special Permit & Site Plan Review, 16 duplex units, 90 Sterling Street

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Planning Board will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, in Board Meeting Room 1st Floor, for a Site Plan Review and Special Permit application as required in the Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.6, submitted by Hancock Associates on behalf of Big Daddy Realty Trust.  The proposed project proposes 16 three-bedroom, two-story units that will be grouped as duplexes at 90 Sterling Street, West Boylston MA.   
 
Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard.  Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday.
