12/14/2016 Planning Board: Site Plan Review, Building Expansion, 70 Hartwell Street

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Planning Board will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, in Board Meeting Room 1st Floor, for a Site Plan Review application as required in the Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.6, submitted by McCarty Engineering, Inc. on behalf of D&S Realty, LLP for a proposed expansion of the existing building located at 70 Hartwell Street to include a 110,400 SF addition to the rear of the existing building with associated site improvements including the construction of 160 parking spaces, installation of new drainage improvements, site grading, installation of new site lighting and landscaping. 
 
Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard.  Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday.
