08/23/2016 Conservation Commission: Request for Determination, New Police Station, 141 Sterling St

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of the Town of West Boylston, Anita Scheipers, Administrator, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the creation of a new police headquarters building with associated site development, including paved parking and walk areas, storm water control system including on site detention system, lighting and landscaping, all work to be done on the easterly 2/3 of the parcel, at 141 Sterling Street, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, AT THE SITE-141 STERLING STREET, WEST BOYLSTON, MA, AT 9:00 AM.
