06/06/2016 Conservation Commission: Verify wetland for herbicide application, Pan Am Railways (Continued)

A CONTINUED public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, of Pan Am Railways, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the verification of wetland boundaries with regards to herbicide application (the filing is not for the herbicide application-prior to the application of herbicides a Yearly Operational Plan is submitted to the community and there is a 45 day review and comment period).
The continued public hearing will be held on Monday, May 2, 2016, at 7:00 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
