A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Joseph Serriello, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the lining of the bottom of the backyard hillside with rocks, addition of fill and removal of yard waste debris from the hill at 4 Chino Ave., West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, June 5, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., at 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA .
