WBPA, West Boylston Public Access, is provided for in the Franchise Agreement between Charter Communications and the Town of West Boylston. WBPA's Mission is to provide town and community programming to our subscribers, an outlet for individual owner's programming, and ensure First Amendment expression on various topics. Public access enables ordinary citizens to exercise their First Amendment right to free speech on community television.
WBPA is composed of volunteers and one part-time Access Coordinator. Most programming is produced (and owned) by WBPA members. Some is sponsored by town residents or people working in West Boylston and some is Public Domain.
