Parking Tickets
On February 19, 2003 the Board of Selectmen held a Public Hearing for the purpose of amending the parking fines. The increased parking fees were effective as of April 1, 2003.
You may request a hearing on your parking ticket within 21 days, by submitting a letter in writing to the parking clerk at the Mixter Municipal Building.
If parking tickets are not paid on time, the Treasurer/Collector will turn them over to the Deputy Collector. Failure to pay the ticket at that point will accrue additional fees and your information will be marked at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. This will effect renewing your driver's license.
