From time to time, the Town of West Boylston will issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) or a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). An RFP invites providers of a product or service to bid on the right to supply that product or service to the Town. The RFQ process asks providers to demonstrate that they meet certain technical criteria. Those that meet the qualification requirements will then be invited to bid under an RFP.
