The agenda for a Wednesday Planning Board meeting closes on the previous Thursday. To be placed on the agenda, please send in this online form (or an email. ) We will do our best to accommodate your requested meeting date as circumstances allow. We will get back to you with the actual schedule.
NOTE: If you are submitting forms that need to be reviewed by our Consulting Engineer, the plans must be available to the engineer at least 10 days prior to any public hearing. If these plans are complicated more time may be needed. If you get the plans to the engineer too late, it will affect how quickly the process can be completed.
