JAMES HAMMOND, ACCESSORY APARTMENT PETITION
The Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at Mixter Municipal Office Building, 120 Prescott St., W. Boylston, MA on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 7:15 p.m. to act on the petition of James Hammond, 33 Temple Street, W. Boylston, MA 01583 requesting a Special Permit under Section 3.4, Accessory Apartments to construct an in-law apartment in an existing barn. Record title stands in the name of James Hammond, 33 Temple St., W. Boylston, MA 01583. A copy of the petition is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Mixter Municipal Office Building. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
