BOARD OF APPEALS
ERNIE'S TOUCHLESS CAR WASH SYSTEM, INC.
The Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at Mixter Municipal Office Building, 120 Prescott Street, West Boylston, Ma on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 8:15 p.m. to act on the petition of Ernie's Touchless Car Wash System, Inc., 114 W. Boylston St, W. Boylston MA 01583 requesting a Special Permit under Section 3.2 F(13) of the W. Boylston Zoning Bylaws in order to construct a car wash facility with six self serve wash bays and an automatic wash tunnel as submitted by Samuel R. DeSimone of Mountain Dearborn & Whiting, LLP. Record title stands in the name of Christopher D. Pallotta and Laura Pallotta, Trustees of Pallotta Family Realty Trust, c/o 579 Millbury St., Worcester, MA. A copy of the petition is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Mixter Municipal Office Building. All interested parties are invited to
attend the hearing.
