Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at Hartwell Business Park, 127 Hartwell Street, Meeting Room #2, West Boylston, Massachusetts on Thursday February 25th at 8:00 p.m. to act on the petition of Hanioti Properties, LLC, 95 Elm Street, Worcester, Massachusetts requesting a Variance and a Special Permit under Section 3.2.F.4: SP to construct and operate a fast-food restaurant with drive-through window. Record title stands in the name of Hanioti Properties, LLC. A copy of the petition is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 127 Hartwell Street. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
