ARTICLE XVII REVISION OF THESE BY-LAWS
Section 1
These by-laws may be amended, repealed or annulled at any Town Meeting by a majority of those present and voting upon an article in the warrant for that purpose.

Section 2
The By-laws Committee shall review these By-laws from time to time and at least every five years to assure the By-laws are current, coherent and consistent. The Committee shall report its findings to the responsible board. Committee or Commission. The Committee shall review all additions, deletions and changes to the By-laws proposed to Town Meeting and may make recommendations to Town Meeting on such additions, deletions and changes.

Section 3 Bylaws Committee
The By-laws Committee shall consist of the Moderator as Chairman, Town Clerk as Secretary, the chairman of the Board of Selectmen, the chairman of the Planning Board, and three registered voters to be appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The method and term of these appointments shall be determined by the Board of Selectmen.
