The Earth Removal Board was established by Town Meeting on October 19, 1987 under Article 2.
As specified in Article XXII of the General Bylaws of the Town of West Boylston, the Earth Removal Board consists of 5 members - one representative from each of the following Town bodies: the Board of Selectmen, the Board of Water Commissioners, the Planning Board, the Board of Health and the Conservation Commission. They are appointed annually for a one-year term by the Town Administrator.
