	The By-Laws Committee was established under Article 29 of the May 15, 1989 Annual Town Meeting. Article XVII of the General Bylaws outlines membership and duties of the Committee. This committee is made up of the Town Clerk, the Moderator, the chair of the Planning Board, the chair of the Board of Selectmen and 3 citizens appointed by the Board of Selectmen. They are appointed annually.
